Overview

Popular with bird watchers and walkers, this 157-acre park offers 2 miles of easy trails, two of which skirt along Atascadero Creek. A mix of grassy meadows and riparian and oak woodlands within the less developed areas, this park also features sports fields for softball and soccer, tennis and sand volleyball courts, a new children’s playground, and a dog park. Picnic areas and restrooms with flush toilets are available. Some trails may be seasonally flooded and impassable in the winter.
