The property is managed in partnership with the Sonoma Valley County Sanitation District and the California Department of Fish and Game. A wide variety of migratory and resident birds can be seen from the trail around the wetlands. There is a 2.5 mile walking trail on a raised levee. The trailhead access is from Ramal Road.
